Biography

Prior to the establishment of Flett Manning Moore in 2012, Suzanne began her legal career in Fort McMurray almost ten years ago and has continually practiced in our Region since that time.

 

Suzanne serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Wood Buffalo Housing & Development Corporation and also serves as a Director on the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce Board. She is a past Director of the Board of Directors of the Northern Lights Health Foundation.

 

With a passion to be involved in our community, Suzanne has embraced volunteer opportunities with organizations such as Unifor, the Royal Bank of Canada, Meyers Norris Penny, the Fort McMurray Construction Association, the YMM Professional Network, the Wood Buffalo Food Bank Association, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, Marco Builders, and real estate brokerages in providing information and seminars relating to those areas of law in which she practices. With the effect of reliving the enjoyment of her post-secondary life, she also taught the Business Law course offered through Keyano College.

 

Being born and raised in Fort McMurray herself, Suzanne is pleased to have her children grow and develop in an enthusiastic community with such incredible opportunities.

Biography

Mike attended Edmonton’s Grant MacEwan College and the University of Alberta to obtain both his law degree and his Bachelor of Arts. He has been an active member of the Fort McMurray community volunteering with such organizations as the Write Break program and Big Brothers.


Mike has worked with local visual artists to display their work in various galleries over the last several years. He’s an Alberta boy having lived his whole life in the province including stays in Red Deer, Ponoka and Lac La Biche.

Biography

Ms. Badejoko received her undergraduate law degree from Ogun State University in Nigeria in 2002. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. In 2005, she migrated to Canada, obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca Colleges, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant for over 6 years.


In 2014, Ms. Badejoko successfully challenged the Law School exams through the National Committee on Accreditation program (NCA). She articled with several law firms in Calgary, Alberta including Wolch, deWitt, Watts and Silverberg in 2015. She was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2015. Ms. Badejoko ran a solo practice before joining FMM.


In her personal time, Ms. Badejoko enjoys spending time with her two little children, travelling and volunteer work.
